It seems like making an organisation organised is harder than i could imagine.

Sleepless nights are inavoidable...

My objective in a local organisation is to uplift the image itself in being the best among all...

First is the team of people in it, i believe everyone's ability is still to be discovered. And I strongly believe there's individual that i believe would do better, much better than what's been done right now...but i might be wrong.

I have trust and faith in making it better day by day! I'm not giving up...

   People are surprised the Bail-out plan did not pass. 228-208 vote with 95 Democrats voting NAYS, the Bailout plan was rejected.  The traders were frustrated that the plummet in the Wall Street at 7%, highest drop since ’87, were caused by the failed in $700bn Bailout plan.
   The benefit of Bailout plan is to purchase the bad mortgage debt. And Citigroup had conclude that the Bailout plan is able to buy the bad mortgage and able to profit from it, at this price.
   Henry Paulson…hahhahaha. You sent message to the people that the economy is fine 18 months ago. You have lost your creditability. Now, your Bailout plan with Bernanke are not going to convince the House of Representative. Even the Democrats go against your plan! Wwoooo….
   I don’t buy your $700bn plan in the first place. DOW went down sharply, as expected when the plan failed. I don’t blame you on the drop in Wall Street. It is expected.
   Be more convincing next time. Make a better plan.
   The future of the stocks?
   The economy of the world will drop in this week. If someone whom had put their feet into the stock market, chop it off. There is no way you are getting your money back at this moment. The economy of US lost 1.2 Trillion in one day, and you believe that you will get a sip of 1.2 Trillion? Hahahahha.
   But if u r telling me that “Wei William, I need money la…”
   GO FOR PUT.
   Hahhahha. The economy now is as interesting as the politics in Malaysia. Wooooo…..

I am not sure the exact method. I asked my grandma. She's giving me instructions according to her memory.
Now, have to put these points accordingly:
1. the fish has to be salted.
2. garlic, onions, and suan tow have to be blended.
3. the blended campuran has to be tumi.
4. u can only throw in the fish during high heat.
5. There are some indians spices in the curry that i yet to explore.
6. some tomatoes are blended so that the curry can be thick. Some are cut and throw into the curry.
7. onions are diced as well


Oh, another dish, soy sauce chicken:
1. dark soycause is mixed with oyster sauce. That's all she told me

The weekend was great. I strongly recommend everyone to go!
For the guys,
you can have strong abs and strong leg muscles. Increasing power, and determination.
For the girls,
you can shred off 3kgs, and it has been proven!

Today, i got an email from someone unfamiliar, however inspiring.

Guess I need to do something to raise my funds for me to go Sabah for 5 -weeks.

Probably i could go for Sky Resources, but that's not the point.

I need to work harder to shoot my imagination to the max, to push my energy to the max at the same time.

I need to fundraise for Raleigh International.

Hmm...where to start?? How to start??? And what should i do to make the first step?????

Once when i was a baby, i belongs to my mother.

When i grew a little. I goes to the kindergarten. I belongs to the teacher.

While i was at home, i nags for food. My grandma makes sure that me and my sisters arent hunger hungry. We belongs to my grandma.

I grew more. Till primary school. I am with my friends.

I belong to my friends.

I am studying high school and Degree. I belong to my parents and friends.

After my graduation, I belongs to the society. Upgrade, improve yourself, make urself invaluable to the society. You'll belong to the society.

As i grew older. I would be like the age of my grandma. Who will the old man belongs to? Belong to the society? Nope, that would be a burden. Belongs to the children? That would be a burden to them too.

Hmm...perhaps, I would belong to no one by the time. I am burden.

Take care of your elders as if they belong to you!

Conclusion: Knowledge is Power!

1. Potatoes
2. Bacon (slice it)
3. Onions(preferable)
4. Salt
5. Black pepper
6. oil
7. tomato ketchup

Procedure:

1. Slice potaotes, bacon.
2. Rinse the potatoes.
3. Microwave for 3 1/2minutes.
4. Take the potatoes and stir, then put back into the microwave for another 3minutes.
5. Heat pan, and layer with oil.
6. Fry onions until it is fragrant. Put in bacon. Fry.
7. Pour in potatoes. And fry it again.
8. Ketchup, black pepper, and some salt. Pour them as u like it.

Duration for this breakfast: 10minutes.


Though i doesnt know who is Nian Ning, but i really hope we will care about ourselves and also give helping hand to others.

1. Read more books which are not in syllabus. At least 6. Now, i am completing one, pretty much a good start!
2. Study, and get better results.
   
3. Look for a job/work. To gain more experience. Volunteering work is a good idea.
   
4. Improve my english writing and speaking. Learn more vocab. phew
5. Be more professional. In the matter of conversation, body language, way of presenting. Dressing? hmm..probably!
6. Learn to cook better and more varieties. All kinds of dishes from other countries.
   
7. Stand up and speak up in something u believe in. I believe that global warming is killing us. Have to let more ppl knows about it.

In year 2007, i've made resolution that

• travel more
• read more books
• get into pharmacy school

I cant remember much. These are few important ones. And i did it. I travelled a lot, and i get into pharmacy school. However, i felt i did not read a lot.

This year is rat year. My zodiac is rat. Hope its going to be a good year ahead. We shall see.

My hong kong friends left for hong kong today at 230pm. I was having my exam at 2pm.
I couldnt send them off to the bus station at Digbeth. We had lunch before they left.
They are pretty cool friends.
However, there are another story told when me and jonathan were smirting.
The story of his father.
While building a business, mr.Big Jon face financial problem. Mr.BJ were told by his friends that he could solve the problem by signing contract with his staff. Then increases the financial income into the company. The strategy was proposed by mr.BJ's friends.
So that is pretty much a beginning of our conversation.
This is a pretty brief story.
